Hey Now!
I'm an experienced Art Director / Designer currently based in Philadelphia. I’m an easy-going, team player with experience in advertising, branding, and design. I look to produce conceptual work with thoughtful clean design.
In 2003 I began my career as a contractor with Pearson Education designing print graphics for college textbooks. Collaborated with authors, editors, and project managers daily.
I moved to New York City in 2006. After working for a few months as a server in a restaurant, I got my foot in the door at BBDO and began my career in the advertising world. I had a ton of fun learning and growing alongside of some amazing creative minds. In 2010 I moved on to McGarryBowen, where I continued my big-agency advertising experience until making the move in 2016 for a new opportunity in a new city, with Hello Creative in Philadelphia.
As a designer at 2 large NYC agencies, I was required to work with many big-name clients during the course of any given day. This required me to be responsible for developing and following all creative guidelines, be well-organized, and meet deadlines on a daily basis. At Hello Creative in Philadelphia it was a totally different story — we were a small start-up with 1 big client to focus on - Avis Budget Group. As the only full time Art Director / Designer, I worked hand-in-hand with the agency partners to conceptualize and develop campaigns, manage freelance designers, ensure project objectives and deadlines were met, and help to maintain a close relationship with our clients.
When Avis Budget Group moved to a new agency, Starfish in 2020, I did as well. Being familiar with the clients and their scope of work, I was brought in as a freelancer to help with the transition. This led to me working on other client projects as well — such as Contrave, Repipe Specialists, Izzo, Holman, nexxen.
In the spring of 2023, I joined ICF as an on-call Art Director / Designer and have bounced around working on different client projects - Baltimore Gas & Electric, Consumers Energy, Indiana & Michigan Power, SMECO, to name a few.
